Simple Stories is back in 2025 with it's popular scrapbook retreat weekend! Join us October 16 - 18, 2025 at the Davis Conference Center in Layton, Utah, for the Simple Stories GET CREATIVE! Retreat 2025!
The Simple Stories GET CREATIVE! Retreat will include 3 fun-filled days jam-packed with creativity and inspiration. Attendees will enjoy 6 exclusive classes, featuring the latest-and-greatest Simple Stories products, three themed crops, one exclusive take-and-make project, amazing on-site shopping, prize giveaways, goodie bags, and so much more!
COME ON AND GET CRAFTY WITH US!
Our lineup for Friday and Saturday will include SIX top-notch classes taught by Simple Stories industry experts. You’ll get totally creative and inspired as you complete a variety of projects including scrapbook layouts, meaningful albums, and so much more. There’s something for everyone! All classes will feature beautiful Simple Stories products and will be loaded with a wide variety of goodies and techniques.
DON'T WORRY THAT'S NOT A TYPO!
The GET CREATIVE! Scrapbook Retreat will kick-off Thursday afternoon with registration and a ‘Welcome’ orientation. Next, you’ll jump right into creating at our Take & Make event – our unique twist on the traditional Make & Take. Grab your goodies, project kit, and instructions to create a mini album project at your own pace while mingling with your fellow retreat guests!
WHAT SCRAPBOOK EVENT WOULDN'T BE COMPLETE WITHOUT CROPS?
We will host two themed crop parties Thursday and Friday evenings, as well as an informal Farewell Crop on Saturday night. This is the perfect time to enjoy personal scrapbooking, catching up on classes, and connecting with your fellow scrapbookers! Crops will be open until Midnight every night.
CRAFTERS GOTTA SHOP!
Shop til you drop! We will have an on-site store where you can buy the latest and greatest releases from Simple Stories! The store will also have steal and deals from older lines available to purchase.
PACK AN EXTRA TOTE, YOU WON'T BE GOING HOME EMPTY-HANDED!
Wondering what scrapbooking supplies you’ll need to bring with you to the retreat? We’ll provide you with a supply list ahead of time for a basic tool kit, as well as anything else you might need for each specific class, but other than that, pack light! We will be loading you up with new products, projects, supplies, & goodies!
