Hello Simple Stories friends, it’s Becki here to share a scrapbook page with you that I created with the new Simple Vintage Flower Shoppe collection. If you haven’t seen this collection yet. You MUST check it out! You’ll fall in love, I promise!
One of my favorite papers in this collection is the “Captured” patterned paper. I LOVE the vintage polaroid print. I knew I wanted to fussy cut a few of those frames and stitch around the frame with coordinating thread.
After I cut and stitched around the frames, I adhered them to the background of my layout. I varied the colors of the frames so that I didn’t have the same-colored frame near another one of the same colors.
After I had the frames done, the rest of the layout came together within a few minutes. I added the photo, layered a few embellishments, and used foam adhesive to make the title pop off the page.
I am so happy with how this layout came together! It’s the perfect layout to document a special memory with my favorite guy! I cannot wait to dive in and create more fun projects with this collection!
