Did you ever feel that something was missing to be happy?
I have a great friend who has been through difficult times, so I decided to gift her with an album to remind her that the answers she is searching for are already within her. We all go through difficult times and each story is unique, what we need is to be calm and respect our times. We don't need to have everything, but enough to live one day at a time and see the beauty of being alive.
The SV Cottage Field collection talks about this beauty, the beauty of life. It talks about celebrating each day with a lot of joy and love, and to make this special album I chose the 6x8 flipbook - Vintage Floral. For me, it's the perfect match!
I started using a 6x8 ” piece of “Embrace each day” paper and glued on the right side of my front cover, then two pieces of paper to make my background. I distressed the sides to give the paper texture. I separated a frame and added a 3x4 card that you can find on “3x4 elements” papers.
I decorated my frame using foam stickers, die cuts, brads, chipboards and buttons. The dimension they give is wonderful and brings a very special touch to the project.
“Life with you is beautiful” is the exact message that I want to gift my friend. She’s enough for me.
She has a grateful heart and deserves all the goodies of life.
This album will be filled with all of our good moments, since we met in 2004, to remind her that this is the most important for me and also to all who love her.
Together we are stronger, we are better!
I learn a lot from her, and I believe the Cottage Fields Collection is perfect to show her that I feel at home with her.
