Karlla here and I'm so happy to share this layout with you.
Remembering that trip was incredible. I loved doing the train ride in Colorado this winter with my family.
For this layout, I had two ideas. First, I wanted the beautiful folds that I love to make when I want to highlight both sides of the paper and the photos at the top of the page. I love sketching in this style, with photos positioned at the top or bottom of the layout.
The "Winter Wonder" collection caught my heart. I'm enchanted in these cool tones full of cute elements. The "Sparkle Season" paper is what helped me create the main element of this page.
I cut two triangles a little smaller than 12x12 and glued one on top of the other in layers, leaving only the loose end. With the help of the sewing machine, I rotated the tip a little and sewed it up. I LOVE this detail and layouts that jump off the page. Foam tape and layers, I can't control myself. To finish it off, I put in the amazing "Brads Decoratives" and a cute arrangement with "Bits & Pieces".
Overlays of "Bits & Pieces" and cutouts of phrases from the paper "Brr Brr Brr" helped compose the details of the photos. As a title, I used "Foam Stickers".
