We’ll be friends forever!
Hello everyone! It’s Ali from @funadventureswithali, and I’m thrilled to share this adorable classic Pooh layout with you! I’m absolutely in love with this new collection, especially since Simple Stories collaborated with Spellbinders. The cutting dies are fantastic, and I had a blast creating Pooh and Piglet using the charming papers from the 6x8 paper pad! It was the perfect way to showcase this happy photo of Anne and me with the Winnie the Pooh gang at Walt Disney World!
I chose a cute flower pattern for Pooh that closely matches his true colors. For Piglet, I used a playful polka dot pink paper for his body and a lovely blue patterned paper from the pad for his scarf and outfit. I even switched up his red balloon for a charming gingham one! There are so many creative options with this beautiful cutting die set from Spellbinders!
I based my layout on a 5x7 photo sketch from Allison Davis and went all out with the delightful flowers in the collection. I added foam tape behind them to create dimensions, making it look like they were blossoming in Rabbit’s Garden! To finish off the flowers, I added enamel dots and cute little beads to the centers.
The foam sticker that reads "We’ll be friends forever" was just right for documenting my friendship with Anne. We’ve been friends for over 20 years, and both cherish our trips to Disney World! There was enough space at the bottom of our photo to let the title overlay it beautifully.
I also added more flowers around the title and sprinkled some bees among them for extra charm!
“We’ll be friends forever, won’t we, Pooh?” asked Piglet. “Even longer,” Pooh replied.
