Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today and I'm so excited to share a new layout featuring the new Simple Vintage Yuletide collection. This collection is stunning with its classic and vintage vibe! You know me, I LOVE the Simple Vintage lines, and this one did not disappoint. Who doesn't love a vintage Christmas?? Here's my page:
To start, I took the 12x12 Vintage Basics Kit and chose the Spruce paper as my base. It's such a pretty green color! I then trimmed a piece of the Color Vibe Warm White cardstock down to an 11x11 and distressed the edges pretty heavily. I really wanted the holly leaves on the Spruce paper to show and not be covered up. That red from the holly really pops!
Next, I wanted to add some patterned papers, so I trimmed down a few strips from the 6x8 Paper pad and layered them together. I then matted my photo using another 6x8 paper and layered a few of the Ephemera pieces behind it.
For my title, I went with the 'Very Merry' piece from the Foam Stickers and adhered it towards the bottom of my photo. Before I adhered it down, I added a Chipboard sticker underneath it as well as a couple Bits & Pieces. This helped fill in the small gap between the title and my photo. I also added in that adorable deer from the Chipboard sticker sheet. I thought it was the perfect spot for it!
I felt like the top right corner was a little empty and needed something, so I took a few of the Rub Ons and adhered them down. I loved how it turned out.
Next, I added in some smaller elements using a few Chipboard star stickers and some of the Decorative Brads. The color palette in this collection is deep and rich and I love it so much!
