Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today sharing a sweet layout of my girl Annie using a mixture of both the Color Vibe Darks and Woods. I documented a few photos I took of her when she turned two months old. I hope that you like it!
As soon as I printed these photos, I knew that the Color Vibe Darks color palette matched her dress perfectly. So I pulled out the Wine and Forest Green 12x12 textured cardstock papers and trimmed them down. I wanted them to be pops of color behind a piece of white cardstock. It really made the entire page pop! To throw in a bit of texture, I matted them using the Aspen/White Notebook cardstock from the Color Vibe Woods pack.
Once all of my layers of cardstock were adhered together, I got to work on the rest of my design. I pulled out both Flowers Bits and Pieces packs and got to building my floral pieces. This was so much fun! I mixed and matched colors and floral shapes and got them all adhered together. I alternated by using the Buttons and Enamel Dots as the centers for each floral piece. I just love how they turned out!
I arranged each floral cluster on the top left and bottom right of my page and adhered my two photos in the center of the page. I staggered them a bit so that I could have room for my title and subtitle. I used the Aspen Foam Alphas and the Darks Alpha sticker book to create both. I love how everything matches!
I wanted the florals to pop a bit more and not get lost in each other, so I took my white gel pen and drew in some dots here and there.
For some finishing touches, I added a chipboard heart from the Chipboard Bits right under my subtitle and sprinkled in a few Enamel Dots around my flowers.
Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way! Do the colors in your photos inspire you to use a certain collection? The Color Vibe Darks and Woods collections were absolutely perfect for this photo session of my sweet baby girl. See you in my next post friends!
