It’s the best time of the year in my book! Do you know why? Because it’s Halloween crafting time! Yay! I am so happy to be able to share with you my latest batch of handmade cards featuring the spooktacular “Scary Stories” collection. The perfect match of bright and fun, with a little vintage feel mixed in I ADORE this collection so much and these cards were a delight to put together!
Let’s take a look at each of the cards up close, shall we?
My first card features a cute skeleton and a tag from the Tag Element paper. I loved the fun plaid paper from the 6x8 Paper pad on this card! A little brad, ribbon, and a button make this card a fun one!
Our first tag features some spooky fun potion bottles decorating it up! The cute stripe paper brings out all the fun colors of the collection!
This cute card is full of textures and layers of goodness! I layered up the trick-or-treat bag ephemera on a 3x4 Element Card. A spider is added under the ghost and some cute black hemp trim makes for some more beautiful texture!
The collection has some really cute paper fans that I added to this tag with spooky but sweet little black kitty ephemera. Lots more texture here with some foam stars, a button, and a cute decorative brad!
I adore this square-shaped card featuring the cheeky little cat with a monocle from the 4x4 Element Paper. I layered some thin white twine around the “spooky” sentiment ephemera. I layered on some decorative brads in the centers of the “O”’s.
More layered goodness on this tag – isn’t the dusky blue in this collection so pretty?
I fell in love with the haunted house and moon ephemera piece from the Journal Bits and Pieces. It made for the perfect background to add my black cat foam sticker and bat stickers on top of! Enter if you dare indeed!
I ain’t afraid of no ghosts! Especially these two cuties that are added to this tag! Happy Hauntings will definitely be had!
My last card features a bold sentiment front and center from the Sentiment Bits and Pieces. More pretty paper fans and Mr. Owl peeking at us up in the left corner add such an eerie feel to this card!
There you have it! I hope I have inspired you to get out all your Halloween crafty card-making supplies and grab the amazing “Scary Stories” collection. Your little monsters and goblins will love getting one of these on Halloween Night! Thanks for stopping by today! We will see you next time!
