Hello friends! Anya is here today and I am so happy to share with you a mini album I created with the stunning Simple Vintage Indigo Garden collection. If you have seen this paper line in person, you would understand why it was so hard for me to resist creating another mini album. I love the navy blue here in combinations with pink and yellow, but for this album I selected mostly yellow shades with only a little bit of pink in it.
For the cover, I picked my favorite blue and white stripe pattern paper, and used a mix of other patterns as the base pages in this album. By the way, another reason I wanted to make a mini book, is to use one of those phrases from the foam sticker sheet, which are always so perfect for the title of an album!
Do you add photo frames to your albums? I like doing that for a number of reasons: it gives the album finished look; it makes the picking photo sizes process a little quicker; and by knowing where the photos will go, I can enjoy decorating page spreads with fun ephemera pieces and stickers! Also, one of my favorite ways to add more photos into the album is to create pages with pockets. The pockets in this album are big enough to hold 4x6” photos as well as additional ephemera and journaling cards.
Tell us what you plan to create with the SV Indigo Garden collection! Thank you for stopping by today and don't forget to stop by again soon for more inspiration!
