Hello everybody! How are you today? Happy New Year! 2021 is here… and we have to enjoy it. Take a moment, just breathe and think of all beautiful things/people you have in your life.

Now, I have a new idea in mind… let’s make an annual mini album to collect all the lovely moments. Would you like to have a very special mini book for them? Let’s create one! I’m Celes from GuiadeManualidades.com and today we are going to create with “Hello Today” collection.

Let’s get started! For the structure of the album we need 3 pieces of cardboard of: 1- 5 1/2” w x 8 1/4” h (two pieces), 2- 2” w x 5 1/2” h (one piece). To cover all of them I used three design papers from de collection kit.

As we are going to prepare an annual mini album, we can make two structures (for 6 months each one). In case you want just one structure you need to make a a wider spine.

Glue all pieces together to make the mini album structure. After this, remember to add the ribbon.

For the cover and album spine:

I love this cover! It looks so beautiful and colorful. I used one of the Chipboard Frames from the collection. With that, I added some strips of paper (previously cut with fringes). They had 1” h. Other details added were: enamel dots, chipboard stickers and die cuts. I wanted a happy and an inspiring cover ;)

For the spine, I used the Color Vibe Foam Alpha Stickers (Warm White) to add “2021”

For the interior:

For the left side of the mini album I used the 4x6 SN@P! Flipbook (Speckle Dots) The idea of it is for adding photos and special memories. I made a rainbow rosette using one of the design papers. For it you need to cut two strips of 12” w x 1 3/4” h. Score them every 1/4”. In the inside, I cut a lot of SN@P cards and decorated them leaving free spaces to write some memories.

Besides, I made a pocket for the flipbook, like a box. It’s has 5” width, 4” height, 3/4” depth.

Pages:

For the right side of the mini album , I used metal rings. If you are making two mini albums, you can prepare 6 pages for each one. For the pages you need to cut basic paper of 5” w x 8” h and then you need to choose different design papers from the kit.

Use all you have to decorate… die cuts, stickers, chipboards, washi tapes, adhesive brads. Besides, you can make special structures if you like.
