Let’s Eat!
Hello everyone, it’s Teri here. With everyone’s busy lives and schedules, what’s the one thing that brings everyone together? You guessed it, food! Food, cooking and family traditions! Today I’m sharing six new projects that I’ve made with the gorgeous, new collection from Simple Stories called What’s Cookin'.
The holidays will soon be upon us and friends and family will be gathering. Everyone will be in their kitchens making new and wonderful memories. This gorgeous collection will help you document your memories beautifully! I had so much fun creating with this collection…it’s fun, beautiful and sentimental all at the same time.
The colors are warm, cheerful, inviting, and slightly feminine. The paper patterns include polka dots and stripes, plaids and stunning florals. And there are so many fun and fabulous graphics in every element that you can possibly think of when it comes to cooking. From pots and pans to oven mitts and cookbooks. China and silverware, homemade preserves and even cherry pie!
With the projects and cards that I’ve made with this amazing collection, I love utilizing all the wonderful tools that Simple Stories has made available to everyone. I adore the layered chipboard clusters and I always reach for those. There are collection stickers, chipboard stickers and don’t forget the sticker book! It’s so awesome and includes tons of stickers!
But the Bits & Pieces and the Floral Bits are my favorites. Florals are my thing and I add them whenever I can! And for this collection, there are What’s Cookin Recipe Cards! I grabbed a 4x6 SN@P Flipbook and made an adorable recipe book and then included the fun recipe cards…so easy! You can do this too!
All these fabulous elements just make creating so much fun. One more reason that I adore Simple Stories! Your projects will look amazing!
