Hello friends, it is Dorymar today with a new inspirational project for 2021. It is a new year full of goals, hopes, and many new things and as scrapbook lovers, we must document each of those moments that mark our lives. The new Hello Today collection is perfect for this and I made a beautiful flipbook to document my 2021. Check it out!
The new Hello Today collection has matching flipbooks, and I used the 6x8 one. For the cover, I wanted to add a perfect title for my project. For that, I selected phrases included in the foam stickers and 6x12 chipboards packages. Then, I used various patterned papers from the paper pad and layered it to simulate my New Year's goal and challenge board.
The Hello Today collection includes twelve 12x12 pages dedicated to each month, I used that as inspiration and in my album, I dedicated 2 pages to each month to document my most important anecdotes of this year.
I fussy cut all the names of the months included in the 6x4 cards and this allowed me to play with the layers to decorate my pages on the inside of the album. I love to add all the beautiful elements of the collection because they are so useful and gorgeous.
I love creating my pages with white cardstock to add pockets and flaps. Inside in this album I created 3, this brings me more space for photos and journaling.
One of the things that I loved about this collection is that there is a color scheme for every month. I can document any photo without a specific celebration. I added more space in the months that we have important dates in like birthdays, celebrations, and my family's favorite seasons. This really brings me the opportunity to document everything.
I love the month of November, Autumn is in all its splendor and it is the Thanksgiving celebration, so I made my base with flaps and pockets to have more space to document.
