Hi Friends! Andrea with you today sharing a very special project made with the beautiful Boho Baby collection by Simple Stories. I used a 6x8 Robin’s Egg Sn@p! Binder to make an album for a former boss and a dear friend of mine with pictures of her baby and family members from the past few months. Working on this project for them made me so happy. I had a smile on my face the entire time while flipping through the photos, selecting the papers and embellishments that would help me tell their story, and seeing the final result. I can’t wait to share this gift with them.
Let’s start with the cover. It was hard choosing one pattern paper to set the tone of the album. I wanted it to be blue because it is a baby boy album but it was still hard having to choose just one. I did have a few ribbons and trims I wanted to use that helped me narrow it down to the blue star paper. I also love adding a lot of texture to my covers and the Chipboard Frames are always perfect for this. I did cut a piece of it on the left side so it would fit perfectly at the center of the cover. I use the Baby foam stickers, chipboard, and puffy stickers to embellish the big cluster. I also added some book corner protectors as a finishing touch.
I wanted to start the album with a big photo of the three of them since this album is about THEIR family. I used the ‘Little One’ phrase piece from the Simple Pages set as my title and added the moon and some stars embellishments all over the page.
From the next page onwards, the story goes back to the beginning. The parents are announcing the big news to the world and I mixed and matched the products on the Boho Baby collection with the page protectors, chipboard tap pages, and Sn@p! Pages that are included with the 6x8 Sn@p! Binder. I also used big photos to create pockets that will allow them to add additional photos and journaling as they go through this album.
I used the monthly number stickers from the Sticker Book to go along with the baby´s monthly staged photo. One of the pockets on the next pages was created by cutting a ⅛” x 6” piece in the middle of the page. I fussy cut the images on a second piece of the same patterned paper and added half of it on top of the original pattern to create the illusion of having some shelves on the wall. Having a chipboard sticker that matched those shelves was amazing!
I added machine stitching details wherever I could, included some trim to make the border of my pages different and fun, and also played with some color sequin in the pocket pages. Again, it is an honor for me to make such a personal gift for this amazing family, and this collection is incredible to work with. Every detail and the fact that you can use it for any boy or girl project is simply the best. It makes it even more fun!
I hope this project inspires you to get creative using the Boho Baby collection by Simple Stories. Let me know if you have any questions. I would love to see what you create with it.

This album looks great! I was wondering if you could give me the list of “supplies” you used from simple stories (doesn’t have to be things you added in yourself), including all of the different pages? I’m thinking about making this and I don’t have much experience with Simple stories yet. Thank you!
This album turned out gorgeous… absolutely love the colors and designs in this collection!
