Hi friends! Mik here today with a new flipbook inspiration.
Halloween holds so many good memories that we can eternalize in a fun way.
Today I’ll show you how I used the faboolous Boo Crew collection to make a super fun and cute Halloween Snap flipbook.
I chose the 6x8 Black Flipbook for my project.
To make the cover, I started by die cutting the Haunted House from Simple Stories that you’ll find on silhouette store at number 66807. To cut it I used a Black cardstock from Color Vibes Basic.
To cut the haunted house background I used 4x4 elements paper.
I also used another cut file from Simple Stories to cut spider’s web and the door smile.
You can find both on Halloween Headstones cut file on silhouette store at number 304380.
I added some stickers in my haunted house to make it more fun, detailed and terrifying.
I fussy cut the moon and bats from So Fangtastic paper and cut two piece of 7” x 4” ½ from So Fangtastic and Our little Spooks papers to make my background.
To finish I used ephemeras, brads, stickers and chipboard.
As you already know, I love to make interactive pages. So, when you open the album, you’ll have a 1” difference size between each page.
The first page has 8” ½ x 4”, the second page has 8” ½ x 5” and so on until they reach the size of the cover 8” ½ x 7” ½.
I wanted to play with the characters as if the ghosts, mummies and skeletons were hidden behind each page, so I pasted them in an inclined way on the pages. I loved how it looks.
This collection brought a page with only tags.
I love to use these tags to decorate. So, here I made four pockets to put my tags.
To mix the pocket pages that come on the flipbook and the paper pages, I removed two pockets from 3x4 pocket page and added a witch’s broom.
