Best Day Mini Album by Andrea Lake
Hi Friends! I am Andrea and I am sharing my second mini album made with the colorful ‘The Little Things’ collection by Simple Stories. This time, I embellished a pre-made folio album using my leftover product after finishing my first album and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I now have a set of minis that match perfectly and look so cute together. This collection is great to work with.
I had a pre-made folio album in my stash that was the perfect size album to allow me to add one of the vertical chipboard frames from “The Little Things’ collection to the cover. That definitely set the tone. As always, I wanted to add a lot of color, texture and dimension to my project, so you will see lots of bits and pieces, different material stickers, decorative brads, and enamels dots on the different spreads.
I also had to add machine stitching detail around the edges of all of my pages. This album was made to add a lot of 5” x 7” photos, but you can definitely personalize yours by adding more and smaller photos as well as maybe some pockets and flip up pages.
