It's a Jungle Out There! by Brianna Lepper

It's a Jungle Out There! by Brianna Lepper
Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today sharing a new layout using the amazing Say Cheese Adventure at the Park collection. I have a photo of me and my oldest son riding the Jungle Cruise ride at Disneyland and this collection was perfect to document it with. If you're not a Disney fan or if you've never been there before, that's okay! This collection will be great for any of your adventures! Here's my layout:

To start, I created a mixed media background using some shimmer spray in my stash. I used coordinating colors that matched the collection. I then took the One Big Adventure 12x12 patterned paper and fussy cut the small squares out. I distressed the edges and popped them all up on foam tape. Before I adhered them all down, I matted my photo with the B side of that paper and arranged the squares around it.

I went through the embellishments from the collection, and I pulled a lot of the cruise type pieces out. I used a Let's Cruise ephemera piece as my title. I love how all of the squares look on my page. So fun!

To go along with the Jungle Cruise theme, there are some cute animal ephemera pieces that were perfect to put around my page. They look like they're coming out of water, just like on the ride! There are also some really cute birds in cages that I stuck down to look like they were hanging from each square.

To add a bit of color to the left side of my page, I tore a piece of the Sunshine in a Cup paper and adhered it down. I even built an embellishment cluster right on top of it.

I found the cutest boat that I put right under my photo and added a foam phrase sticker as a subtitle.

For finishing touches, I pulled in some of the Decorative Brads and Enamel Dots. I also added a few bits of tangled thread for some extra texture and interest.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way! Make sure to check out my process video below to see how this page came together. This collection is so fun and I had the best time creating with it! See you next time friends!
