Hey there everyone! How are you? Happy new year! Hope you are doing well, safe, and healthy. Have you already written your goals for the new year? I’m working on the list and the priority is for sure to have “me time” to relax and have fun creating beautiful memories. I love love love telling our everyday stories, it’s like a drug, you can understand me ;)
Today I am happy to share a new page with a black and white photo, the photo of one of my boys, the little one, at one year old, he has always been so funny! In this layout I have used pink for a masculine page, and I am in love with it!
What I would to do was to play with papers and embellishments, so I cut some many circles and I mixed many different details in each circle. From the stickers to the puffy stickers, to the die cuts, to the decorative brads! Super fun!

This collection is pure joy! Perfect to make a mini album, or scrapbook pages or I think to a year in review album. I love the color palette.
First step is cutting the circles and place them one close to the other to see how they look together. I mixed words and patterns from the 6x8 paper pad. Each circle has a detail: a die cut, a puffy sticker, a word sticker, every single piece has its own place to give meaning to the story.
I have dedicated a whole circle to the journaling.
Another thing I tried was to mix the 3d effect, for example the picture is stuck on the page with the 3d double side tape alternating flat and three-dimensional circles.
In the white circle I played with cotton thread and little embellishments and sequins. To complete my layout I added words and a little bow for a tone-on-tone effect in a circle. In the yellow one I added fringes, and in the end just the label “stay golden” for the title.
I hope you like this page and I hope it will inspire you to break the rules and be free to use all the colors for whatever you love.
