Hello! It's October and that means cooler temps and of course, Halloween!  This time of year has been my favorite ever since I  can remember and I just love decorating for the trick-or treaters! I also get excited about Halloween scrapbook paper as well and Simple Vintage Halloween did not disappoint! I  love the traditional black and orange colors mixed in with the cremes and yellows!  Honestly, it was tough to pick which pattern is my favorite; I love them all!

I  began with white cardstock as my background then adhered strips of my top favorites (again tough to narrow it down!) using the star background of "Trick or Treat" as the largest piece. At the right of my page, I  stitched through two patterns and then layered two pieces from the Bits and Pieces pack.  For my title, I  used the "31" from the 6x12 Chipboard Sheet.

I  know I've written this many times before but I  appreciate a good banner!  And how adorable is this one found on the Combo Sticker Sheet?  I  adhered it at the bottom of my photo using a few pop dots!

For my journaling, I  utilized one of the 3x4 Elements by turning it upside down and placing the Chipboard Spider Web in the corner, I  also added a few stickers from the Combo Sticker Sheet as well.  Inserting a small sticker or die cut is a nice accent and adds a lot to break up a pattern or white space.

I layered the plaid of "Jeepers Creepers" under my photo and added one of these cute tags from the Bits and Pieces pack.  I  stapled the tag before adhering just to give it extra security.

Here, you can spy two of the adorable Washi Tape from the collection I  layered at the corner of my journaling.  I  then affixed one of the cute sentiments from the Combo Sticker Sheet.

Thank you for stopping by the blog today!  I  hope this inspires you to do some creating of  your own with Simple Vintage Halloween or any of the other awesome Simple Stories collections!  Have a great day!

Hello friends! It's Jennifer on the blog today to share a layout I created using the gorgeous Forever Fall collection!  I   don't know about you but autumn is my favorite season! I  just love the colors of the leaves and cooler days!  Even better is creating scrapbook projects about fall!  Forever Fall is full of beautiful autumn hues and adorable embellishments and does not disappoint!

For my background, I  used a fun leaf cut file with the B side of Be Grateful which looks like blue denim! I then went back and inserted different patterns into the negative spaces.   Honestly, it was tough to pick which prints to use since  they are all so cute!

I  am a fan of layering my embellishments so I'm grateful Simple Stories always has many to choose from!  Here, I  used three die cuts from the Bits and Pieces pack followed by the "happy fall" circle from the 6x12 Chipboard.  I  wanted to add dimension to my title so the chipboard is "popped" up with pop dots.

Showing more of the cute die cuts from the Bits and Pieces that I  layered next to my photo.  I  really love the newsprint leaves as they are a great contrast to the colorful prints!

I  also love to layer under my photos! Here, I  used the fun orange of the B side of Pumpkin Everything and the navy floral of Give Thanks! I also added a cute typed sentiment from the Bits and Pieces as well as a portion of the scallop border sticker from the Combo Sticker sheet!

Hello! It's Jennifer up on the blog today to share a layout I created using the adorable Dream Big collection! I adore the bright colors and whimsical prints that are perfect for your girl photos! My little girl isn't so little anymore and the only way I seem to get a good posed photo is by swiping them off of her Instagram!

I  wanted to incorporate a few of my favorite patterns around my photo. Starting with a white cardstock background, I  adhered strips of patterned paper then stitched through the centers to add extra flair (and I love to stitch on all of my pages). I  accented my page with these "sparkle" circles found in the stickers, chipboard, and Puffy Stickers!

Dream Big has so many cute shapes and sentiments to chose from! This Insta camera from the Bits and Pieces is the perfect accent to my photo! I  used pop dots to give it some dimension then layered my title sticker underneath.  You can also spy a small section of the floral border sticker underneath my title. Both can be found on the Combo Sticker Sheet which includes so many shapes and sayings to accent your page!

To the left of my photo, I  utilized the 3x4 Elements by layering a color underneath the ledger print.  I'm totally in love with the chipboard banner found on the 6x12 Chipboard Sheet!  The flowers mixed with the tassels make a beautiful accent! I  also added a floral cluster sticker as well as sentiments from the Combo Sticker Sheet and 4x6 Stickers.

Showing one of the word bubbles included in the Bits and Pieces! I adhered this "hello" with pop dots and affixed over the top right corner of my photo.
