Hi there Simple Stories fans! Suzanna hopping in today to share with you an Easter layout that I created using the Enchanted collection. While intended for Disney princesses and all things fairy tale, the colors of the Enchanted collection are just perfect for spring and Easter layouts or cards as well!
While the obviously princessed themed embellishments weren't going to work on my Easter themed layout, there are plenty of other options to choose from! Simple Stories collections had a wide variety of options to choose from when it comes to embellishments. The butterflies, hearts and flowers are neutral enough that you can use them on any layout.
Here I used a trio of hearts for an embellishment cluster, intermingling chipboard with die cut shapes. Due to the depth of the chipboard, I used some foam adhesive to raise the diamond label to same height.
My title work was done with my Silhouette to create my own file with one of the 800 plus fonts I have on my computer. An epoxy dot served as my hyphen for a little variety. I love to sew on my layouts as it somewhat personalizes the layout, makes it mine with the home sewn feel.
Thanks for taking the time to visit today!
